Digivenue — A calm, mobile-first operating system for banquet businesses under pressure.
The brief

Banquet operators in India run on chat threads, paper, and pressure. Inquiries get lost, vendor coordination happens minutes before doors open, and payments arrive in a tangle that someone has to reconcile by hand. Digivenue asked us to replace the whole mess with one calm system a manager could actually use while standing in the hall.

What we did

We designed and built a mobile-first platform that carries a banquet business all the way from first inquiry to closed event. It keeps every lead in one place, gives managers a clear view of what each upcoming event still needs, and handles the awkward real-world details — like splitting payments and the tax maths — without anyone reaching for a spreadsheet.

Because the people using it are walking the venue rather than sitting at a desk, every screen is built to be read and acted on in seconds, on a phone, with the customer conversation never more than a tap away.

The result

Digivenue stops being a CRM and starts being an operating system. A manager who used to juggle several chat threads, a stack of spreadsheets, and a paper diary now runs the entire event pipeline — from first inquiry to closure — from a single phone.
