Refunds

This page applies to studio engagements — strategy sprints, fixed-scope projects, and monthly retainers.

Phase one (Discover & Define) — free

Phase one is free. There's nothing to refund. If we decide together not to continue, you walk away with the scoped plan and we shake hands.

Fixed-scope projects

• Before kickoff: If we haven't started work yet (no design, no code, no strategy artifacts produced), you get a full refund of the deposit minus a 3% processing fee. Ask within 7 days of signing.
• After kickoff, before midpoint: Refund of 50% of the deposit. You keep everything we've shipped so far.
• After midpoint: No refund. We finish the engagement.

Monthly retainers

Cancellable any time with 30 days' notice. We don't pro-rate the current month, but the next month won't be billed.

How to request a refund

Email contact@alphaforyou.com with your project name and the reason. We confirm within 3 working days and refund within 14.
