Pro-V Foods

A packaging system that earns its shelf.

A shelf-first packaging system for a D2C food brand — built to win the half-second glance and survive a year of SKU expansion.

The brief

Pro-V was launching a new D2C line — six SKUs at first, but with a clear ambition to expand to 24+ inside twelve months. We needed a packaging system that could carry the new range without re-designing every box.

What we shipped
  • A modular packaging grid that holds product name, flavour profile, and nutritional information in fixed positions across the range.
  • A flavour-coded palette: every new SKU picks a colour, the rest of the system stays untouched.
  • Dielines optimised for shipping efficiency — fewer empty corners, lower dimensional weight.
  • Type-driven hero panels that read as bold from across the aisle and read as elegant in the hand.
  • A print spec sheet the manufacturer could quote against, line by line.
Outcome

Eight SKUs live and three more in production. The next flavour takes a week from sign-off to print — not eight.
